Under
IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on May 4, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Department of Education Virgil Grissom Room, 151 West Ohio Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Board of Education will hold a public hearing on proposed changes to Title 511 of the Indiana Administrative Code.
The proposed rule adds provisions to explain and implement minimum expenditure requirements for provision of special education and related services for students with disabilities who are placed by parents in nonpublic schools as required by
IC 20-43-7-9. The proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs under
IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Department of Education, 151 West Ohio Street and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
