Under
IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on July 19, 2012, at 3:00 p.m., at the Indiana State Museum Board Room, 650 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites Corporation will hold a public hearing on the establishment of Title 313 of the Indiana Administrative Code, which establishes procedures for evaluating artifacts and historic properties, requires the corporation board to establish a museum code of ethics, and provides regulations for general use of the Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites Corporation properties by the public.
The proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs under
IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites Corporation, 650 West Washington Street and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
