TITLE 357 INDIANA PESTICIDE REVIEW BOARD

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Pesticide Review Board intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 357 IAC 1-17 to establish a list of state restricted use pesticide products. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Questions may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 15-16-4-50.
