Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on April 23, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. EDT, at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, IURC Conference Center, Judicial Courtroom 222, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule (RM #11-08) to amend the IURC's administrative rule regarding attorney appearances in commission proceedings.

The proposed rules will affect attorneys who are not licensed in Indiana and choose to appear before the IURC. There are no costs stemming directly from the rule.

Copies of any justification data (referenced data, studies, or analyses) are now on file with the Commission and available to be inspected and copied at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 East, Indianapolis, Indiana.
