standard, including: Lake County and Porter County (Indiana portion of the Greater Chicago area); and Dubois County, part of Gibson County including Montgomery Township, part of Pike County including Washington Township, part of Spencer County including Ohio Township, Vanderburgh County and Warrick County (Evansville area) at 326 IAC 1-4-20

The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to adoption of these rules by the board. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their view concerning the proposed amendments. Oral statements will be heard, but, for the accuracy of the record, all comments should be submitted in writing.
