DIGEST
Temporarily amends 326 IAC 1-4 to add the federal redesignations for part of Dearborn County including Lawrenceburg Township, Dubois County, part of Gibson County including Montgomery Township, part of Pike County including Washington Township, part of Spencer County including Ohio Township, Vanderburgh County, and Warrick County to attainment of the 1997 annual fine particulate matter (PM 2.5) standard. Statutory authority: IC 4-22-2-37.1(a)(13). NOTE: The original emergency document, LSA Document #11-681(E), posted at 20111109-IR-326110681ERA, effective November 2, 2011, expired January 31, 2012. Effective February 2, 2012.
