Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on February 8, 2012, at 9:30 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N501, Main Conference Room, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Natural Resources Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment repealing 312 IAC 24 governing the Division of Museums and Historic Sites that was formerly within the Department of Natural Resources.

IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3) Justification Statement: The proposed repeal of 312 IAC 24 would not impose requirements or costs on regulated entities under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
