TITLE 511 INDIANA STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Education intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds provisions to define timelines and procedures for distribution and rescore of ISTEP scores as required under IC 20-32-5-9. Comments and questions may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 20-32-5-22.
