TITLE 675 FIRE PREVENTION AND BUILDING SAFETY COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 675 IAC 28-1-5 to add the 2010 edition of NFPA 13, Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems, and make conforming changes. Repeals 675 IAC 13-1-8. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Statutory authority: IC 22-13-2.
