TITLE 312 NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION

Under
IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following inaccurate references in the Indiana Administrative Code:
(1) In
312 IAC 1-1-4(1), delete "refers to the advisory council".
(2) In
312 IAC 1-1-4(2), delete "(2) Board of trustees for the division of state museums and historic sites." and renumber the remaining subdivisions accordingly.
(3) In
312 IAC 8-1-2(b), delete "(5) A member of the museum board of trustees." and renumber the remaining subdivisions accordingly.
