TITLE 470 DIVISION OF FAMILY RESOURCES

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Division of Family Resources intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 470 IAC 1-4-3 to make various administrative changes to the time limits and procedures for filing appeals requests by applicants or recipients. Comments and questions may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 12-8-8-4; IC 12-13-2-3; IC 12-13-5-3.
