Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on July 14, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. EDT, at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Fourth Floor, Room E418, Conference Room, Indianapolis, Indiana, the State Board of Accounts will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to add 20 IAC 4 to establish procedures for the State Board of Accounts to enforce IC 5-11-1-10 and IC 5-11-1-21.

The proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Fourth Floor, Room E418 and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
