TITLE 201 SEXUAL ASSAULT VICTIM ADVOCATE STANDARDS AND CERTIFICATION BOARD
Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under
IC 4-22-2-23, the Sexual Assault Victim Advocate Standards and Certification Board intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Adds 201 IAC concerning voluntary certification of Indiana sexual assault victim advocates. Defines eligible persons. Specifies the requirements for the Indiana Certified Sexual Assault Victim Advocate certification application, qualifications, continuing education, certification renewals, certification reinstatement, fees, and code of professional conduct and ethics. Provides a procedure for application, review, and awarding of the voluntary Indiana Certified Sexual Assault Victim Advocate designation by the Sexual Assault Victim Advocate Standards and Certification Board. Questions concerning the proposed rule may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority:
