Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on June 1, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. EDT, at the Office of the Attorney General, Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Fifth Floor, Advisory Conference Room, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Office of the Attorney General will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to add 10 IAC 3-2 prescribing a claim form to be used to file a notice of tort claim and to repeal 10 IAC 3-1.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Fifth Floor and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
