Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on May 19, 2011, at 12:00 p.m., at the Indiana Forensic and Health Sciences Laboratory Building, 550 West 16th Street, Main Conference Room, Indianapolis, Indiana, the State Department of Toxicology will hold a public hearing on a proposed new rule setting forth the approved breath analysis method for evidence of alcohol intoxication, using a certified instrument for breath analysis, the Intoximeters EC/IR II.

The proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs within the meaning of IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana State Department of Toxicology, 550 West 16th Street, and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
