TITLE 405 OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF FAMILY AND SOCIAL SERVICES

This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #10-795, posted at 20110323-IR-405100795PRA, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on April 19, 2010. This rule amends 405 IAC 5-14-1 to revise the dental covered services included under the dental services limitation and to increase the limitation amount from $600, with some services outside of the limitation to $1,000 limitation with all dental services included in the limitation, for recipients 21 years of age and over. The rule that was adopted is the same version as the proposed rule that was published in the Indiana Register on March 23, 2011.
