This notice is published in accordance with
IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under
IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #10-793, posted at
20110323-IR-405100793PRA, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on April 19, 2010. This rule amends
405 IAC 1-11.5-2 to modify Medicaid reimbursement formulas by reducing rates currently paid to chiropractors and podiatrists by five percent for the period beginning upon the later of the effective date of this rule or June 27, 2011, and continuing through June 30, 2013, and to extend the expiration date of the five percent reimbursement reduction in dental services billed using current dental terminology (CDT) codes by revising the expiration date of June 30, 2011, found at LSA Document #10-168, posted at
20100915-IR-405100168FRA, to June 30, 2013, and codifying it in this rule. The rule that was adopted is the same version as the proposed rule that was published in the Indiana Register on March 23, 2011.
