TITLE 405 OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF FAMILY AND SOCIAL SERVICES

This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #10-791, 20110323-IR-405100791PRA, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on April 19, 2010. This rule amends 405 IAC 5-17-2 to modify the prior authorization requirements for all nonemergent inpatient hospital admissions that are not covered by Medicare. The rule that was adopted is the same version as the proposed rule that was published in the Indiana Register on March 23, 2011.
