TITLE 68 INDIANA GAMING COMMISSION

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Gaming Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 68 IAC 1-16-3.3 to impose a duty upon casino licensees to prevent certain individuals from entering promotional events. Adds 68 IAC 2-3-9.4 concerning gaming by persons associated with a casino licensee. Adds 68 IAC 2-3-9.5 concerning gaming by persons associated with a supplier licensee. Adds 68 IAC 2-3-9.6 to make immediate family members of certain occupational licenses ineligible to enter certain promotional events. Repeals 68 IAC 9-4-5, 68 IAC 9-4-6, and 68 IAC 9-4-7.
