Interpretation: The Building Law Compliance Officer interprets IC 22-12-1-5, the definition of "Class 2 structure", and 675 IAC 12-1.1-4(g) to include one or two family dwellings that are used for seasonal accommodation, including those sometimes known as "tourist cabins". As Class 2 structures, such structures are regulated under the applicable Indiana Residential Code (675 IAC 14).
