Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on March 3, 2011, at 9:00 a.m., at the Department of Education, 151 West Ohio Street, Virgil Grissom Conference Room, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Department of Education will hold a public hearing on proposed changes to 512 IAC.

The proposed rule adds 512 IAC 3 to establish requirements for participation in the school scholarship program under IC 20-51, to set definitions for the article, to establish eligibility requirements for participating schools, and to establish certification and reporting requirements for scholarship granting organizations. The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Department of Education, 151 West Ohio Street and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
