Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #09-221(F), posted at 20091202-IR-326090221FRA:
(1) In 326 IAC 8-16-6(a)(2)(B), delete "an" and insert "a".
(2) In 326 IAC 8-16-7(a)(2)(B), delete "section 7(a)(1) of this rule" and insert "subdivision (1)".
(3) In 326 IAC 8-16-7(c)(6), insert "an" after "As" and before "alternative".
