Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on February 24, 2011, at 1:00 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room C, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Department of Workforce Development will hold a public hearing on proposed rules to provide administration of the Indiana Employment and Training Services Act.

The proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Department of Workforce Development, 10 North Senate Avenue and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
