Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on March 18, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Department of Education Riley Room, 151 West Ohio Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the State School Bus Committee will hold a public hearing on proposed changes to Title 575 of the Indiana Administrative Code to amend 575 IAC 1-2-49 to allow stainless steel exterior mirror backs and bracket supports on Indiana's school buses and to make a technical corrections.

The proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Department of Education, 151 West Ohio Street and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
