TITLE 71 INDIANA HORSE RACING COMMISSION

Notice of Intent to Readopt
LSA Document #10-776

Readopts rules in anticipation of IC 4-22-2.5-2, providing that an administrative rule adopted under IC 4-22-2 expires January 1 of the seventh year after the year in which the rule takes effect unless the rule contains an earlier expiration date. NOTE: IC 4-22-2.5-5 authorizes the Governor to postpone, by executive order, the expiration of rules for one year. Executive Order #10-05, issued December 30, 2010, and posted at 20110119-IR-GOV110046EOA, postpones the expiration of the rules in this document until January 1, 2012. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
