TITLE 440 DIVISION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION

This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #09-875, posted at 20100922-IR-440090875PRA, was adopted by the director of the Division of Mental Health and Addiction on December 2, 2010. This rule adds 440 IAC 11 to implement rules concerning assertive community treatment teams. This rule repeals 440 IAC 5.2. The rule that was adopted is a different version than the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Website on September 22, 2010.
