TITLE 20 STATE BOARD OF ACCOUNTS

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the State Board of Accounts intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 20 IAC 4 to establish procedures for the State Board of Accounts to enforce IC 5-11-1-10 and IC 5-11-1-21. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Questions and comments may be sent to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 5-11-1-8.
