TITLE 410 INDIANA STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Department of Health intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 410 IAC 3.6 to add definitions and to update the minimum stock requirements and preauthorization visit requirements. Written comments may be submitted to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 16-19-3-5; IC 16-35-1.5-6.
