Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on December 9, 2010, at 9:15 a.m., at the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W064, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure and Certification Board will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule adding 877 IAC 1-1-1 to comply with IC 25-34.1-11 to provide that the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure and Certification Board establishes a registration fee of $500 for appraisal management companies seeking registration under IC 25-34.1-11 that will be deposited in the investigative fund established by IC 25-34.1-8-7.5.

The Real Estate Appraiser Licensure and Certification Board has the authority to promulgate rules establishing standards for the competent practice of the various occupations regulated in IC 25-34.1. Indiana's General Assembly mandated the Board adopt this fee rule under IC 25-34.1-11.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072 and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
