TITLE 410 INDIANA STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Department of Health intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 410 IAC 18-5 to establish standards for the application and issuance of delayed birth certificates. Written comments may be submitted to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 16-19-3-4; IC 16-37-2-6.
