IC 4-22-7-7, and in accordance with 42 U.S.C.A. 1396a(a)(13)(A), the Office of the Secretary of Family and Social Services announces that final rates for Medicaid reimbursement for physician-administered drugs, pursuant to the final rule, LSA Document #10-250, published on September 15, 2010, and may be accessed via the Internet at the following website:

The rates are available at the offices of the Family and Social Services Administration, Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning.
