IC 4-22-7-7, and in accordance with 42 U.S.C.A. 1396a(a)(13)(A), the Office of the Secretary of Family and Social Services announces that final rates for Medicaid reimbursement for privately (nonstate) owned intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded (ICFs/MR) and community residential facilities for the developmentally disabled (CRFs/DD) services, pursuant to the final rule, LSA Document #10-169, published on September 15, 2010, and may be accessed via the Internet at the following website:

The rates are available at the offices of the Family and Social Services Administration, Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning.
