Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on November 9, 2010, at 1:30 p.m. EST, at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 22, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Sexual Assault Victim Advocate Standards and Certification Board will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to establish the standards and requirements for the voluntary certification of individuals as an Indiana Certified Sexual Assault Victim Advocate under IC 5-2-6-23.

The proposed rule would not impose any requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Written statements concerning the proposed rule may be submitted before or at the time of the hearing.
