TITLE 355 STATE CHEMIST OF THE STATE OF INDIANA Agency Correction LSA Document #09-812(AC) Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #09-812(F), posted at 20100728-IR-355090812FRA: (1) In 355 IAC 7-1-1, after "used effectively", insert "and". (2) In 355 IAC 7-1-2(b)(1), delete "distributing" and insert "distributes" and, after "calendar year;", delete "or". (3) In 355 IAC 7-2-6(1), after "uses;", insert "or". (4) In 355 IAC 7-2-12(1), after "excreta;", delete "or". (5) In 355 IAC 7-2-12(2), after "runoff;", insert "or". (6) In 355 IAC 7-2-19(1), before "application", delete "the" and, after "growing area;", delete "or". (7) In 355 IAC 7-3-3(2)(A), after "license;", delete "or".
