Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on October 18, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. EDT, at the Ellettsville Fire Department, 5080 West State Road 46, Training Room, Bloomington, Indiana; AND on October 19, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. EDT, at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room D, Indianapolis, Indiana; AND on October 21, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. EDT, at the Howard County/Kokomo Emergency Management Agency, 627 South Berkley Road, Training Room, Kokomo, Indiana, the Department of Homeland Security will hold public hearings on proposed amendments to 290 IAC 1 to clarify and provide guidance concerning the post disaster process by which an eligible entity may make a claim for assistance under the State Disaster Relief Fund.

The proposed rules do not impose any requirement or cost on a regulated entity that is not expressly required by the authorizing statute.

Written statements concerning the proposed rule may be submitted before or at the time of the hearing.
