Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on September 27, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N501, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Natural Resources Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed addition of 312 IAC 20-4 to govern the alteration, demolition, or removal of historic sites and historic structures by a project funded, in whole or in part, by the state of Indiana.

All requirements or costs by the rule on regulated entities under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3) are reasonably necessary for the implementation of IC 14-21-1-18. The regulated entities are state land-holding agencies, local governments, or nonprofit organizations.
