TITLE 405 OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF FAMILY AND SOCIAL SERVICES

This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #10-169, posted at 20100714-IR-405100169PRA, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on August 6, 2010. This rule adds a noncode provision affecting 405 IAC 1-12 to modify Medicaid reimbursement formulas, by reducing rates that are currently paid to enrolled privately (nonstate) owned intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded (ICFs/MR) and community residential facilities for the developmentally disabled (CRFs/DD) by three percent, through June 30, 2011. The rule that was adopted is the same version as the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Website on July 14, 2010.
