TITLE 405 OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF FAMILY AND SOCIAL SERVICES

This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #10-167, posted at 20100714-IR-405100167PRA, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on August 6, 2010. This rule amends 405 IAC 1-8-3 to modify the reimbursement formula for the technical component of outpatient radiology services by basing the rates paid to outpatient radiology providers on the Indiana Medicaid physician fee schedule rates for the radiology services technical component. The rule that was adopted is the same version as the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Website on July 14, 2010.
