TITLE 405 OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF FAMILY AND SOCIAL SERVICES

This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #10-166, posted at 20100714-IR-405100166PRA, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on August 6, 2010. This rule adds noncode provisions affecting 405 IAC 1-4.2 that changes home health services Medicaid reimbursement formulas by reducing rates that are currently paid to providers of home health services by five percent, through June 30, 2011. The rule that was adopted is the same version as the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Website on July 14, 2010.
