TITLE 210 DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Department of Correction intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 210 IAC 7-2-3 concerning the amount of medical copayment charged for covered health care. Questions concerning the proposed rule may be addressed to the following telephone number: (317) 232-5718. Statutory authority: IC 11-10-3-5.
