TITLE 465 DEPARTMENT OF CHILD SERVICES

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Department of Child Services intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 465 IAC 2-18 to establish procedures the department will use for setting maintenance payments and other payments that the department will make to foster parents in licensed foster family homes supervised by the department, on behalf of children placed by the department in those homes.
