TITLE 804 BOARD OF REGISTRATION FOR ARCHITECTS AND LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS

This proposed rule amends 804 IAC 1.1-2-5, 804 IAC 1.1-6-3, 804 IAC 1.1-7-1, 804 IAC 1.1-7-2, and 804 IAC 1.1-7-7 concerning the issuance of a certificate of registration, admission to examinations, scope of rule, the definition of intern, and completion of training and experience. Upon review, the State Board of Registration for Architects and Landscape Architects has determined that this rule has no fiscal impact on small businesses. The rule does not impose requirements, restrictions, or sanctions on small businesses and has no fiscal impact, direct or collateral, on small businesses or the small business community.
