TITLE 465 DEPARTMENT OF CHILD SERVICES

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Department of Child Services intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 465 IAC 2-16 to establish procedures the department will use for setting foster care maintenance payments and payments for other costs and services, that the department will make to residential treatment services providers licensed as child caring institutions, group homes, or private secure facilities, on behalf of children placed by the department with those providers. The rule also includes outcome measures that the department will use to initiate changes in a child's placement, services, or case plans, or to renegotiate provider contracts, and procedures for termination of services and transfer of a child to another placement.
