Under
IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Department of Transportation intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Amends 105 IAC to adopt rules permitting INDOT to collect tolls on the Wabash Bridge in Posey County, Indiana, and setting the toll schedule and procedures regarding the administration and collection of tolls. Comments or questions may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority:
