TITLE 405 OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF FAMILY AND SOCIAL SERVICES

This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #09-87, posted at 20100203-IR-405090087PRA, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on May 7, 2010. This rule amends 405 IAC 5-3-13 to make a technical correction to bring the rule into conformity with current practices under 405 IAC 5-20-8 and amends 405 IAC 5-20-8 for purposes of adding practitioners who may be reimbursed for neuropsychological and psychological testing and includes practitioner obligations. The rule that was adopted is the same version as the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Website on February 3, 2010.
