TITLE 465 DEPARTMENT OF CHILD SERVICES

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Department of Child Services intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 465 IAC 2-1.5, concerning the licensing of foster family homes for children, to establish the qualifications of the foster family and to establish the requirements for the physical facilities of the foster family home, the care of children in the foster family home, and the training of the foster parent.
