The Air Pollution Control Board gives notice that the date of the public hearing for LSA Document #05-332, posted at 20090106-IR-326050332SNA, has been changed. The changed Notice of Public Hearing appears below:

Notice of Public Hearing

Under IC 4-22-2-24, IC 13-14-8, and IC 13-14-9, notice is hereby given that on June 2, 2010, at 4:00 p.m., at the Columbus East High School, 230 South Marr Road, Auditorium, Columbus, Indiana, the Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing on preliminary adoption of a new rule concerning outdoor hydronic heaters at 326 IAC 4-3.
There are multiple rules scheduled for adoption at this hearing. The hearing for outdoor hydronic heaters will not begin before 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to preliminary adoption of these rules by the board. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their view concerning the proposed amendments. Oral statements will be heard, but, for the accuracy of the record, all comments should be submitted in writing.
