Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under
IC 4-22-2-23, the Department of Insurance intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Adds
760 IAC 1-60-1.1 concerning definitions. Amends
760 IAC 1-60-3 regarding physician specialty classes. Amends
760 IAC 1-60-5 regarding part-time and retired physicians. Adds
760 IAC 1-60-6 regarding surcharge owed by physicians holding multiple policies. Written comments should be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority:
