Under
IC 4-22-2-23, the Board of Firefighting Personnel Standards and Education intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Amends
655 IAC 1 for the purpose of updating the certification program and certification standards, amending existing certifications, adding certifications, deleting certifications, correcting typographical errors, and making conforming section changes. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Questions or comments concerning the proposed rule may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority:
