(1) In 515 IAC 1-1-96(19), after "under", delete "IC 28-38-1" and insert "IC 20-38-1".

(2) In 515 IAC 1-7-14(h), after "to", delete "the effective date of this section" and insert "July 1, 2010".

(3) In 515 IAC 1-7-14(h), after "after", delete "the effective date of this section" and insert "July 1, 2010".

(4) In 515 IAC 8-1-1.2(e) [sic, 515 IAC 8-1-1.2(d)], after "period", delete "under".
